While this was a party with allot of elements you can choose to have as many or as little as you like. This was
one of our scripts…
Rehearsal for kids at 4:00
Open the doors to guests promptly at 6:30 pm
Cocktail music while guests arrive (mostly medium tempo Music)
Appetizers are served
7:10 pm ceremonies begin with introduction of quince party. First choreographed number up-tempo
contemporary song
Flower Girls and Boys announced to pass out flowers to the girls of the quince party who take the flowers and
are seated at the edge of the dance floor with escort when last flower is presented the video screens lower
and the movie begins. At the end of the video Her father is presented and then Our Guest of honor!
She and her Father stop to pick up flowers while birthday wishes from each girl is read. The Father /Daughter
waltz begins and the quince party joins in.. Grandfathers and Brothers are introduced to join in and then finally
the Escort (date) is brought in With The Mother on his arm to present Our Guest of Honor her shoes and the
last waltz is played.
The Quince party dances to one last choreographed up beat tune and begins the Conga line to get the entire
room of guests up to the dance floor the song ends with confetti cannons and a balloon drop Then dinner is
served
At the conclusion of dinner the band begins. First band break ..the cake is cut and the candle lighting begins
the dancing starts again with new contemporary tunes and party favors are passed out
Second band break Interactive dances along with new contemporary tunes are performed with the family and
friends more giveaways are passed
Band plays to the end of the night. ( Or without a band the DJ plays of course)
